how to make raisin biscuits recipe

1. Whisk the egg and sugar together properly until mixed well.

2. Melt the butter.

3. Add egg and sugar mixture to the melted butter and mix it properly

4. Add milk in the mixture.

5. Add raisin, baking powder,flour and coffee powder to it.

Mix all the ingredients well until you get the right consistency of dough, After you are satisfied with your dough then shape the biscuits and put them in the baking tray.

Pre-heat oven to 190 degree C and bake it about 15 to 20 minutes until it turn golden brown. And enjoy it...
