How To Make Semolina Cookies
So, Today i'm Going to discuss about how to make semolina cookies. There's nothing difficult in making these cookies.Anyone can make or bake this cookies at home.
Basically take butter in one container melt it add flour,semolina,baking powder icing sugar in melted butter. Mix all the ingredient properly to make a dough and give shape as you desire your cookies to be. You can add strip cut almond or any other nuts for topping.
After you make your cookies in desired shape and size place it in tray and put it in pre-heated oven of 180°c for 10 to 15 minutes until baked well.
Measurements
Flour - 700gm
Butter - 500gm
Icing Sugar - 350gm
Semolina - 200gm
Baking Powder - 10gm
