So, guy's today let's talk about how to bake the perfect nice looking brownie. As, we know everyone loves brownie. Now lets start the procedure to make the mixture of brownie we are going to bake.

first put all the required number of eggs in one container and mix icing sugar in eggs. After mixing icing sugar whisk it nicely for a while until sugar is completely dissolved in it and you can see the mixture rise in volume a little with bubbles. In next container take butter whisk it first to make soft. Then add flour cocoa powder and whisk it nicely to mix all the mixture properly.

After all the ingredients are mixed properly add egg mixture and after that add melted chocolate while adding whisk the mixture slowly and add walnuts to it and whisk the mixture till all the ingredients are mixed properly.

So, after the mixture is ready. Take baking tray and put some baking paper on tray. Pour all the mixture on tray properly and pre-heat oven set temperature to 180℃ and bake brownie for 20 to 25 minutes rotating the tray. Keep Checking if brownie is ready or not by poking with tooth stick, If tooth stick comes out clean then it is already ready to be served.

First of all, whisk butter in one container,and whisk egg and sugar in another container.Whisk it till the butter is all fluffy. And mix eggs and sugar mixture slowly because if you put it all the eggs at once it may cause all that mess. Then whisk it a little.

After mixing add all the flour, cocoa powder and whisk it well. Then at the end add cream and mix it very well until it is finely mixed.

put baking paper in baking tray and fill it with the above mixture.

Then put it in oven for 15 to 20 mins in 180 degree Celsius rotating the tray halfway through.
