How to make Mayonnaise Sauce
Methods
1. Combine egg yolk,mustard paste, in medium mixing bowl.Whisk until blended and bright yellow, gradually add oil in very slow thin stream, whisking constantly , about 30 seconds.
2. Add vinegar and lemon juice(few drops at a time), whisking constantly. Again add oil in very slow thin stream, until mayonnaise is thick in consistency. Finally add the salt and pepper.
3. Cover and chill for later use.(Can be used up to 2 days ). Keep chilled.
Note : Whisk always in a same motion(If you are whisking in clock-wise,finish it until at last minute).
Recipie Name And Quantity
Egg, Yolk : 1 pcs
Lemon, Juice, Fresh : 1 tsp.
Mustard Paste : 1 tsp.
Salt and Pepper : To Taste.
Oil,Sunflower,Divided : 180 ml.
