Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Methods

1. Prepare the chicken stock ( Click here to learn how to make chicken stock), strain the stock and keep aside. Boil the noodles with salt and oil, strain the noodles, refresh with cold water and keep aside.

2. Trim the fats of the chicken breast, cut into julienne , fine chop onion, garlic and ginger, spring onion and keep aside.

3. Heat up a cooking pot, seasoned with oil then add fine chopped onion, garlic and ginger, then add the julienne chicken, sweat for a while.

4. Add the stock into the same pan and simmer until the chicken cooked through. Then add the soy sauce, salt and pepper , boiled noodles. serve hot garnish with chopped spring onion.

Chicken Stock : 1 ltr.

Chinese Noodles : 200 gms.

Chicken Breast : 200 gms.

Onion : 100 gms.

Garlic : 2 cloves.

Ginger : 10 gms.

Salt/pepper : To Taste.

Spring Onion chopped : 2 Tbsp.

Soy Sauce : 30 ml.
